”We loved everything about this place! Used all the pools. Rented jet skis & pontoon boat. Great food trucks all around the property. Had Walmart delivery for everything we needed. Utilized picnic areas & grills next to sand volleyball & basketball. Great DJ by the Oasis pool on Saturday night. Couldn’t have been any better! Took free shuttle to & from Silver Dollar City. Thank you so much”

”Rented 2 rooms for 4 adults, Rooms are dated and dingy but air conditioning and water pressure were good. Beds were clean. Only stayed 1 night. 1 room had dirty towels in it still from the previous guest.”

”From the very beginning of our stay, the staff was top notch. The room was everything and more. Fantastic tub to soak in and great view of the pond. Extremely quiet area and easy to move around town from the location. Can’t wait to come back again!”

”The Hotel was very charming with a good neighborly vibe from both the Employees and fellow guests. Plenty of parking in front and in the back of the property.”

”The room was not very well maintained. There were several large stains in the carpet, large area where paint was peeled off the wall. The TV was too small for the space, and the furniture dated. The a/c was not turned on when we arrived and it took an hour or more to cool the room down. I do not find these things acceptable when paying a couple hundred dollars for a single night. The “free” breakfast was so limited we did not even bother. I would never stay at this motel again.”

”Do NOT stay there especially if you have a special needs child. Some of the waterpark staff are absolutely the rudest humans I’ve ever met, they hate autistic children, argue with parents, we only went once and we stayed a week. I wish I would’ve stayed at the château again. We had brown recluses and bugs in our room. It was a miserable time, we just tried to stay gone most of the trip. $1600 down the drain.”

”Was falsely promised a good view and turned out we got a room facing another building. Amenities are very old. Inspite being a birthday weekend, no courtesy change of room provided.”

”Nice and clean room! The only issue I had was the bathroom door wasn’t aligned, so it wouldn’t shut. The top hinge plate was not secured to the frame.”

”I was looking for free breakfast and a pool. I liked the price of this particular hotel. The breakfast was great! Room was clean. Pool was refreshing. I thought our room was quiet. We were in one of the outside ones and we were on the second floor, my boyfriend had 2 new knees and had to go up and down stairs, didn’t see an elevator. Had a great stay!”

”I really liked the cottages. Nice place to stay especially with kids. Would definitely stay here again but would get a better location. We stayed in number 61 & it was up a flight of stairs & down a narrow walkway but it was quiet. Lots of space inside, nice decor, well stocked for cooking. Toilet on main floor needed cleaned better but otherwise unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy, there was just a lot of people checking in at the same time. All personnel on the property...
