”We loved the location and our room was excellent. What a lovely place!”

”There was no heat. Heat setting was blowing out cool air. We asked for blankets and front desk told us they would check to see if there were extra blankets. No one called or stopped by the room to update us. We turned off heater/AC and were ok overnight. There were sugar ants on the night stand. Room was ok, otherwise.”

”The hotel location is super convenient. The room was clean the staff are super friendly. The food at the restaurant was very authentic and the atmosphere was vibrant. We enjoyed our stay”

”Restaurant was not open. Had to go offsite to eat.”

”A+++”

”Clean room, friendly staff, close to downtown”

”Great staff. Perfect mountain location by the river. Firepit in the evening by the river.”

”Run down suite, with poor functioning fittings. No central air conditioning. A make shift inside the room a/c that did not work well and came with no instructions. Workers on suite roof dragging some heavy equipment and making sounds like they were going to crash through the ceilings! Limited breakfast. No bread, eggs or breakfast meats. Overall a 3 star place. Disappointing!”

”Staff was very kind and helpful.”

”It was an ok room. Definitely a lot smaller than I thought. You couldn't really turn around in the shower. There was only one cup for coffee. There also wasn't any plastic spoons to stir your coffee.”

”Incredible service from the entire staff. The rooms were very nice and the entire property was very clean and well maintained.”

”You have everything you need with the kitchenette and with toiletries. Wonderful staff service. We had a late check in arrival and the team responded fast and made the process easy.”

”Everything was fantastic. Room, friendly staff, free laundry, hot tub, free beverages, beautiful common areas. Can’t beat the convenient location: steps from Taos Art Museum, Michael’s, Taos Plaza, and a four-minute drive to the Pueblo.”

”This could be such an amazing place to stay given the history but the rooms are just not very clean given how old it is. The room we stayed in definitely needs to be redone. The shower was unacceptable to stand in let alone take a shower in. On the bright side, the staff was amazing- very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outrageously delicious!”
