”We found this hotel overall to be comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were the same each day: cereals, pastries, pancakes, cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, bread for toasting, along with coffee, juices, and tea. The price for what was offered : 14€ per person was fairly reasonable. We were disappointed to discover that use of the hot tub required a significant additional fee, but since the listing had merely said one was "available, " I guess that...

”Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!”

”Considering we were on a pilgrimage in October, we weren't expecting a fancy hotel but a convenient one that met all our basic needs (shower, bed, WiFi) and was a comfortable distance from both the train station and the Sanctuary. Hotel Sainte Marie checked all the boxes! The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. The rooms we stayed in were all clean and we slept well.
