”From check-in thru check out I can not express enough the professionalism, family friendly staff. Rooms were well kept throughout. Even after a long day out in tge Meru National Forest the welcome back definitely felt true and sincere. Room value was excellent, Staff exceptional and restaurant bar far exceeded most Kenyan experiences. My family and I will definitely be back!”

”Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite. The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous. The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming. However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.”

”Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.”

”I’ve given 5 stars for everything and you still want more? Might take one off for being greedy …. Only slight complaint is about the architects - who puts glass (even frosted) directly between the room and the toilet? However, in the hotels favour - Swiss roll for breakfast! ”

”The hotel doesn't look like the picture, there's no front desk but if you want the price then take your chance. We actually tried to cancel upon arrival and went elsewhere. A very small hotel located off the main road and if you drive too fast you might miss it. Very disappointed”
