”We had a lovely stay and the staff were great. In the off season (early June) things seemed a bit sparse for our family time. We had hoped the “two playrooms” and outdoor activities advertised would be full of options for a getaway, but they were drab and had just a few options functional and required a small cost. The same on the grounds—the playground was fine, but dated and on damp days not worth much. We did walk across the N2 to the farm stall and had a nice time there! The room was good,...

”The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didn’t open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasn’t enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive. ”

”Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. ”

”The staff was the sweetest! They really took care of us. Nice rooms, fun tracks to go with bike, lots of space for the kids, overall we had a great time ! ”
