”Room was clean. Whatever they clean with did make the floor slick. They came in and took the twi towels we had but never replaced them . I had to call the front desk when we returned to the room and ask for more towels. They lady was very nice and brought them immediately. We did have someone knocking on our door at 4am the first night.”

”I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in both beds and cigarette ashes left in the bathroom sink, which made the room feel unsanitary and unacceptable for a paying guest. I returned to the front desk right away to request a refund due to the condition of the room, but my request was denied. Because of the lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately left without using the room. Unfortunately, I am now...
