”When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

”Food in restaurant was excellent. Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was not cleaned by the Holiday Inn standards. Bed was really hard. ”

”Very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The room for families was really fun and the kids loved the two levels. Perfect location too. Just the pool area - the smell was so intense and chemically (the whole floor level), I couldn’t spent much time down there. Aside from that, everything was great!”

”Staff was extra friendly, 10/10 for the young man working in the lobby. Breakfast was good and the staff there was also extremely nice. Only negative remarks we had was paint smell in the corridors (they happened to renovate during our stay) and some night time construction work on the rails right outside our window (bad luck and not fault of hotel - of course you should consider these things when booking a hotel close to train station with a tram ride going right next to the hotel). ”

”The hotel was nice and our stay was a pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was quite good. However many aspects could be improved. The parking garage was quite difficult to find (the hotel website had the wrong address apparently) and it was also quite tight for an average-sized car. The room had a nice view.
