”Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ammattitaitoista. ”

”Perfect situation, beautuful room. Breakfast fresh, nice service”

”The hotel is very beautiful, rooms are pretty and despite a small size, everything works well. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Juri who provided us great service and helpful advices and tips what to do in Tirana. Breakfast was very tasty, although sometimes it took a while to refill when something was out.”

”Todo excelente. El personal magnífico”

”The location of the hotel is the best there could be. Nice lobby area. Rooms dated and hot. When asking about getting the room cooler (there is seemingly airconditioning), they just tell you to open the window. And it doesn't help much. No wifi in my room. After constant complaints after four days they finally fixed it. No apology. The tour companies send whatsapp messages late in the evening about nex't morning's tours, so I ended up several times getting a coat over my nightgown to get a...

”Friendly and helpful staff”

”Nice, family owned a bit old school hotel. Staff were really helpful and nice. Our flight arrived late and we checked in after midnight. Staff had sold our room for next one but they offered their suite insted. Suite was spacious but needed a better cleaning, maybe because they didn’t expected us. First morning we went to breakfast 45 minutes before ending and almoust everything was out. Second morning we went to breakfast when they opened at 7AM and missed still eggs, pastry etc.. Parking...

”Siisti ja viihtyisä. Ulkouima -altaan näkymät oli mielettömät! Täydellinen paikka katsella auringonlaskuja. Kaunista!”

”Hieno uusi hotelli. Mutta sijainti on huono. Vieressä vilkas katu ja kova melu. Sivustolla sanottiin, että on äänieristetyt huoneet. Ei ole. ”

”Great hotel. About a 30 min walk to centre of town but local bus available Staff were excellent and also the breakfast and hotel has parking for car”

”Very clean with comfortable beds. Also has a late check in, which is very helpful when your flight comes in late!”

”There was trouble with the functioning of the air condition, the hand shower was not working (only roof shower) and there was noise from traffic at night. Breakfast in another location ok but the waiting time there was too long. Other than those a basic twin room. A note for people who plan hotel rooms: when a room is for two people, why on earth there is a level for just one bag? Also two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. And shower area should be closed so that all...
