”Clean rooms , lovely breakfast, close to our route heading back to airport in Houston , pool was good ideal for families”

”This is a great place to stay! The staff were very welcoming and explained hours for breakfast and the pool. Also told us if we needed anything to let them know. Our room was very clean as was the whole facility. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!”

”beautifully kept hotel, seemed still very new. Close to an amazing mexican restaurant and access to hwy. Very big breakfast buffet that was so nice. Rooms had comfortable beds, very clean and updated bathrooms, nice amount of space in King Studio.”

”Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed,...

”We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The lake view from patio was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again.”

”A beautiful place to stay. It’s far enough out to feel secluded but still close to town for anything you need. Communication with the host was fantastic. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and will definitely be coming back.”

”There were a lot of insects wasp, hornets outside and spiders inside. The bottom half of fridge not cooling. But the fishing was excellent enjoyed it. Was quiet and relaxingI give it a 7 out of 10.Would come back but must have working fridge and handle on Insects.”

”The house was great but the lawn needed to be mowed. Walking through tall grass to get into the house was not good. The inside of the house was very clean and neat.”

”We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.”

”We had a great stay at FR Ranch! The location was perfect, and the host was awesome and very welcoming. We really enjoyed fishing at the pond and all the amenities around the house. The property felt very safe since the entire ranch is fenced, and the courtyard has its own separate fence as well. The complimentary noodles, eggs, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay again!”

”Cabin was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. It was a nice surprise to have a huge walk-in pantry as well for extra storage so everything wasn’t out on the countertops. The boathouse was also a highlight with the swings and fantastic views (and the ability to use the boat stall and lift was a must have for us so we’re thankful that was available as well!) We will definitely be coming back!! ”
