”Staff was very accommodating, room was very spacious and the hotels animals are very friendly. We were able to use the onsen having tattoos. Would definitely stay here again”

”We went on a one night trip from Tokyo. They have a free ride from Jomokogen Shinkansen station, so it is very easy to get here. The hotel is new and modern. All rooms have an private bath on the balcony with a nice view of the river below. We had the half board option, and I would say it was great value since the dinner was a 6 course menu. Minakami Onsen was a sleepy small town surrounded by mountains. As a tourist it was nice to see the other sife of Japan, not only large cities. Would...

”Exceptional Hospitality What a wonderful little gem! Pension Arma is a small, charming place where the exceptional service truly makes you feel welcome and cared for. The hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end. Both dinner and breakfast were simple, homemade-style meals, but absolutely delicious and prepared with care. Sometimes it’s the simplest food that leaves the best impression. We stayed in a basic room, which was small, but perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep....
