”Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for another stay in 2026. Shannon was very nice and made us feel very welcome.”

”This is a very unusual house on a beautiful lot. Initially, we were put off by the limited kitchen equipment, but most of our meals were with family and friends, anyway. The efficiency of the layout and the furnishings were excellent for our needs, and its location made visits and activities easily accessible.”

Almost everything we needed for our week's stay was there too. Carol, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. We would highly recommend this location!”

”My room was clean. However, looks like the hotel originally was very nice. Now rather worn out. Especially, the corridors/hallways. If they were cleaned and vacuumed ONCE A MONTH they would not be so FILTHY. Stains, dust, trash. I found a PILL on the but did not dare to touch it.”

”MASSIVE disruptions all night by rowdy people and was NEVER resolved by management. Call front desk twice to no avail. Had to deal with ourselves. Had ZERO sleep. Talked with other guests in the am and they got zero sleep due to the disrurbances as well. Will NEVER stay here or st any other location ever again. Stay elsewhere, tons of better places in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ”
