”The Hart Hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing stay while visiting the Thousand Islands for the first time. The proprietor, Jamie, gave us a few recommendations on places to go. Everything he pointed us to was exactly what we needed...and didn't even know it. His recommendations on dining, places to see, things to do and when to do them worked out perfectly. The rooms were quiet. The prepared breakfast was exquisite. The house and property were perfect for getting away from it all....

”We totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a quiet area literally 2 miles max from Alexandria Bay. Nice outdoor patio with firepit and propane grill. Beautifully decorated. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable there!”

”Alexandria Bay is a beautiful area with more to do than I imagined. The food, distillery, UncleSam Boat Tour with the rich history of the area was amazing. ”

”We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!”

”Property was perfect. and conveniently located 500 feet from James street where there are numerous restaurants bars shops and the main town dock. This property had an unobstructed view of Boldt Castle although it wasn't right on the water it felt like it was.. The museum next door was open and filled with volunteers that gave you some great history of the area.. The air conditioning worked well the days were very hot during our stay. I would defiantly stay there again. ”

”Was very pleased with the location and convenience to all the amenities.We enjoyed morning walks to the coffee shop, enjoyed restaurants and the local gift stores and fishing off the docksWe rented a pontoon boat for a full day from Mac,s boat rental and cruise around the islands and visited Boldt Castle The owner was super friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend to anyone ”
