”Hot tub was perfect they supplied a fully stocked kitchen, a spa shower downstairs, plenty of space yet cozy and comfortable to relax both inside and outside. Host was very quick to respond any time we needed anything and very kind even communicated after we left to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. Great 9 day vacation!”

”I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. I was greeted by courteous knowledgeable staff to check me in very quickly. I expected to be alone, and my son accompanied me and within minutes, I had a roll out bad delivered to my room, the amenities were thoroughly explained. The gym was very well stocked, and the breakfast was very good. There was fresh coffee 24/7 along with complementary cookies later on the room was impeccable. ”The fan was essential in keeping the heat down from the loft area. It worked very well. Our purpose for being in the area was pancake breakfast, trip to PA for shopping and a quiet weekend. Mission accomplished. Peaceful setting over looking the Genesee River especially if you like woodstove and fire pit.”

”Very cool location. All we needed and very cozy. Should probably plan for high clearance vehicle to access (had some trouble in my Prius). Kitchen had good basics, but personally, I'd add a kettle for boiling water. Scenery was amazing, and Hosts were great.”

”The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga”

”This was first time using Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However my expectations, were far exceeded. When we first arrived, the host was extremely friendly, and noted places to go and eat. When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly how it looks in the pictures. He, once again explained everything in detail how allof it works. The host was very informative. The cabin it self was great, and private. The only noise we heard was the water going downstream. There was a train, nearby. However...

”Our return to Alfred University was very special, and we deeply appreciated the accommodations and hospitality provided by Steve and Luanne in their lovely, cozy home. It offered not only a great night’s rest, but also a warm and comfortable space to spend time with old friends. We were grateful for their availability, attention to our needs, and the delicious homemade banana bread. We would definitely return again.”
