”Walking distance to stadiun”

”We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)”

”Wonderful accommodation with spacious kitchen and sitting area. Loved the location adjacent to the blueberry tree farm and the dog bar restaurant.”

”Pristine, quiet, peaceful, charming etc!! The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect weekend escape. Such a beautiful area during the peak of Fall colors. I hope I can visit again!”

”Clean, great customer service, beautiful location”

”This property was one of the very best my family has ever stayed at. The location for walking to the Bills game was perfect! The pictures on site are accurate and the interior design of the home with the Bills theme was exceptional. The coffee bar and wine fridge was amazing. The meticulous landscaped property has so many places to enjoy outside including the fire pit area, lawn snd garden area, outside garage seating area and the upstairs outside balcony perfect for morning coffee. The party...

”The property itself was a very clean and inviting space!! A great location for us to go to the Bills game and the host was more than welcoming/accommodating. Will be staying there again for sure!!”

”Perfect location, safe, quiet neighborhood. Clean, beds were comfortable. It was exactly what we needed”

”This place was just right for our needs, right up the street from the stadium. Everything was clean even in the smallest corners, no dust. Rob was very responsive, he even dropped off a fire pit that we used to bring in my birthday. I'd definitely stay here again or any other property that Rob owns.”

”I cannot say enough about how idyllic this property is. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and the cottage has any possible amenity you could need. The view from every window is so peaceful. The hosts are great, and I’m grateful they share this lovely slice of heaven! The four of us made a couple of meals in the great kitchen and had fun catching up and relaxing before our family events. The photos do not do it justice! I am already thinking of future events so I can come back!”

”We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for the weekend for my son’s wedding and it was a great location with a lot of stores close for last minute things. The house was very spacious with just about every amenity you would need. Cleanliness at its finest. Very easy self checkin and the host was so very kind and attentive (although we didn’t need anything) they made sure we had everything. Great communication. Plenty of parking.”

”Very convenient location for the Southtowns and Buffalo. The owner checked to see if we needed anything. I am familiar with Orchard Park so I found it easy to get around.”

”Ok hotelli. Jonkinverran kulunut.”

”always a pleasure to stay here.”

”My room was clean. However, looks like the hotel originally was very nice. Now rather worn out. Especially, the corridors/hallways. If they were cleaned and vacuumed ONCE A MONTH they would not be so FILTHY. Stains, dust, trash. I found a PILL on the but did not dare to touch it.”
