”We’ve rented from Chris a few times and every stay has been nothing less than awesome. The properties are always clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you may need. There’s more than enough room for snowmobile trailers. He is very welcoming and responsive with any communication and helpful in any way he can be. 100% Will rent from him again. ”

”There was a winter storm that came through, but we expected nothing less, The owner was out of town, but his nephew who was caring for the place made sure that the snow was cleared and we were not stuck. We couldn’t have asked for more. My kids and I had such a wonderful time.”

”This place is stunning and big!! Very safe, everything is locked but easily accesible with your room key card and the parking lot is well lit. Located right on the salmon river, they have a walkway to it for guest use which is very pretty! It's about 2 hours from the Adirondacks, depending where you're going. They have a fire pit and free smores kits and cornhole games for guest use. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and so clean! Every staff member I encountered were so kind and helpful!!...

”Quaint cabin with all required amenities just bring your supplies and you’re all set for a nice stay. Lovely area. Close to major cities in New York and lovely tourist towns. We recommend it for sure. Staff was exceptional just ask and they help you.”
