”We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. ”We had a great time at this property. The beds were all so comfortable and everything was clean! We used the kitchen for many meals during our stay and always had everything that we needed. The only thing that surprised us was that there is only one shower. The became a little tricky with 10 people. We made it work though and overall enjoyed our stay.”

The location is so quiet and secluded, however not too far away from restaurants and wineries. Danielle is very responsive to messages and makes sure you have all the information you need before your stay! The cottage is well stocked and very homey. Would definitely stay again.”

”What an amazing home! So close to Bristol (3miles). The house was perfect for our family! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The hot tub on the screened in porch was so nice after a day of skiing. The owners make you feel like you are family. We definitely will be back in the spring to see the waterfall. ”

”This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!”
