”The apartment was very cute and cozy with great old wood floors and accents. My only complaint is when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the upstairs apartment. There were several AC units, but they were all off and it took a few hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We had breakfast downstairs the next morning and the food and staff were amazing!”

”Breakfast was good, staff were pleasant, and facilities were fine. No complaints about anything”

”Very quiet and staff was very friendly.”

”Friendly staff. Bathrooms need remodel.”

”A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!”

”We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. ”

”Fantastic camp, so very well thought out and charming. Highly recommended!”

They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. ”

”Had an excellent experience, easy flexible check in, very friendly and helpful host. Clean, brand new home. Close by to Allegany State Park, Olean, plenty to do nearby. Very peaceful and quiet but near the town.”

”Every year for our wedding anniversary, my spouse and I rent a different cabin or cottage as a weekend getaway. After 11 years of this little tradition, we both agreed that Stargazer was the best one we ever visited. The view is stunning, the cottage immaculately maintained with everything you could possibly need, and there is access to a beautiful eight mile trail that is perfect for reconnecting with nature with your loved ones (two and four footed!) The host was very kind and helpful, and...
