”A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful.”

”Perfect little rustic cabin. Has all the amenities you will need with the backwoods feel. Sharief is lightning fast with his responses and even gives excellent food recommendations! Will definitely look at this place again next year. ”

”We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...

”August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and...
