”Our host was just wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond by even bringing my grandson an air mattress & showing us his horses. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace and hammock was great. The only problem we had was the television service was spotty even after our host tried to fix it. All in all, a wonderful visit.”

”Our stay at this lovely home was perfect. Larry was so welcoming and full of good information on the area. The little touches such as the table setting and coffee bar were so charming and cozy. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. We would 100 percent stay at this peaceful and private property again. ”

It was so neat to see the rescue horses each day in the pasture & we even got to pet them in the barn. Property was very pet friendly as well. We would love to return! ”

”My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...
