”Lovely property, peaceful and private.Larry was a great host, quick to communicate and recommend local attractions.We went to the adventure animal park which was awesome. Very well done.Had a campfire at the house and roasted marshmallows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils ect.”

”Not many Motels are excellent but this one was way above what we expected. Private outdoor seating for each room. Nice bathroom and great kitchette with a decent size mini fridge/freezer was a nice surprise. We were greeted with s'mores 'round a campfire on Friday night. Come on that's cute as heck. I heard from a reliable source that the place is undergoing "upgrades". We didn't hear a thing.”

”My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...

”Great weekend getaway, super private and peaceful location. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Only things to note is the pullout couch in the living room was broken when we went to use it and shower is a bit on the small side, the shower head isn’t adjustable so it may be difficult for some to use. Was a great value and would stay again! ”
