”The bed and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the African room and it was very clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We had a Mexican breakfast that was prepared by Jeanne, it was very delicious. Dave greeted us when we got there, he was a delight to talk to. Overall, this bed and breakfast is a wonderful get away and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Jeanne for the wonderful experience!”

”We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and it’s our favorite place to stay while we’re visiting family! The house is beautiful and newly renovated and my kids have the best time fishing and kayaking on the pond!”

”Great motel for the price - it's an older motel, basic amenities, off a major road. But clean and has what you need. Very friendly and accommodating.”

”Private, cozy place that’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Nice small town area but easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Buffalo. ”

”There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning.”

”The Hosts were great taking care of all 13 of us, children and Grandchildren. The Rooms in the Mansion were clean and had beautiful views of lake Erie. Very Family Friendly with volley ball, badmitten, cornhole, football, Frisbee golf and a tree swing. We loved the 9am included breakfast every morning. The on premises live Jazz band and bar were a lot of fun too. We really enjoyed the hospitality showed to our entire family. Thank you”
