”Vince and Natasha are great hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. Our priority was to get out on the water, so the canoe, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were a huge hit. Would definitely come back for another visit. ”

”Great stay! It is a farm house so don't expect the Ritz. The house is very tastefully rebuild and furnished. The expanded living quarters/ kitchen all about spending time together in a great space. We found everything we were looking for, the sonos system worked like a charm and so did the hot tub.If there was one suggestion to the owner, the stair to the second floor should have a handrail for people that are not super mobile. Currently it is a steep stair without anything to hold on to....

”Our stay was perfect! Plenty of room - close to Great Barrington, Lennox, Bish Bash Falls - -loved the screened in porch - the property was beautiful with lots of different paths to find.Clean and easy.”

”My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”

”We had a wonderful time together. We really enjoyed the peaceful quiet surroundings, the large spacious deck, the beautiful view over the lake at sunset. The kids had a great time kayaking on the lake and sitting by the fire pit after dark. The pool air \ hockey table was a big hit as well. The house was clean, comfortable and was wonderful for winding down at the end of the day.”

”This was my second or third visit to the property in September for the Roe Jan Ramble. Clean as a whistle in all rooms. Nicely stocked kitchen and good pots and pans. The deck is a nice place to gather. Close to the HVRT, restaurants. I had some friends join me this year. I had to ask Tara some questions just before we left home and I received quick responses. No negatives on this property.”

”Cheryl’s place is a lovely cottage near the lake. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. We had some long swims and the water was warm / comfortable. It’s best to swim near shore to avoid the boats....

”Perfect for us! Lovely house in a quiet wooded area close to a beautiful lake and private dock. The house offers many amenities and is well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom and living items and supplies. Very comfortable, well-maintained, meticulously clean - spotless! Great location for many athletic, cultural, and culinary activities. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. We spent a wonderful week here.”
