”Overall clean, most important is the bed of course. Hotel was fine. Nice area. Quaint. Great staff. Biggest complaint is that I picked this hotel specifically because the tubs looked nice. The jets didnt work in both of the rooms I was in and the drain smelled / was semi clogged in one. If you are looking forward to relaxing in a bath try a different hotel. If you like showers, it's just fine.”

”This hotel has great location and located near the university and city center. Ithaca commons is 5 minute drive . We stayed in a room on the ground floor and we had a private entrance to the back parking lot which was wonderful . Staff was helpful . Little kitchenette came in handy . We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would stay here again .”

”Tissue box had two not clean tissues. The room carpet felt not clean & dingy. There were no paper towels in lobby restroom. There was no complimentary bottled water. TV remote needed masters degree to figure out. However beds were comfy, towels were small but good. Shower was really great as was shampoo/conditioner. ”You can tell they made an effort to renovate the rooms. This is a motel with pretty cramped rooms, best suited for a solo person or couple, in transit for a couple days. Their renovation efforts are a bit hindered by some maintenance issue, hence the missing star. Still, i would recomend this as a decent motel, suited for singles or couples transiting the area.
