”This place was clean and nicely appointed. Access to local attractions was good and there was enough room for both family and friends to drop by and visit. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, especially coffee pods. The hosts were pleasant and promptly answered all questions!”

”Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”

”This hotel is very cute! The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors but the room was very nice. The cost of their continental breakfast is not worth it...too expensive for what is offered.”

”Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area. ”

”We had a great stay at the hotel — the highlight for me was how exceptionally clean everything was. The rooms, hallways, and shared areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. Another big plus was the easy and convenient parking, which made things so much easier for us. One thing I wouldn’t recommend, though, is the on-site restaurant “The Monk” located in the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, every dish we ordered was disappointing, both in taste and quality. ”

”Beautiful area, the only improvement Id make is having staff to clean up common areas on busy weekends. But thats more on the guests that are slobs. Staff are kind and always smiling, property is fantastic!”

”Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient location. Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were tiny and a little dated. No free buffet breakfast, but many options in Ithaca within few minutes driving distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.”
