”The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!”

”We enjoyed the pond with swimming, Kayaking and tubing! We had a few nights of sitting around the fire and going a little more than a mile to town for ice cream. We visited six flags and Saratoga racing and a day of boating on Saratoga lake and came back to a quiet retreat in the woods. The house was clean and relaxing with everything you need to enjoy some downtime. We would love to come back again! I do recommend bug spray as a prior vacationer did.”

”Perfect little place to stay right on the lake. 3 bedrooms all with comfy beds. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it was a good base for us to explore the local area a bit and mostly spend time on the lake. Lake access is right across the street. The street isn’t too busy so we had no problem crossing down to the lake. Chairs, a fire pit and some kayaks and a canoe were provided by the lake. Views were great! Hosts were very responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would stay again!...

”We had a great weekend at sunrise cabin. David is a wonderful host. He was very informative and even baked us a batch of cookies. The cabin is as close to the water as you can get; making the hot tub even more relaxing looking directly at mountains and Hudson River. You will learn how the cabin got its name when you watch the amazing sunrise. ”

”The house was well furnished, and the layout was great with gathering space on each floor, with 4 full bathrooms, and with 7 (count' em!) televisions. The kitchen was well-laid out and well-stocked with great cookware and cooking staples. The deck and pool were wonderful gather spots. A trail in the back led to miles of backwoods trails. Access to the Hudson was just across the main road. Enjoy!”

”Great time right on the lake. John was communicative and helpful which made for a good time catching up with old friends. Access to the dock for a boat outing was awesome.”
