”light in bathroom not working & bathtub had chips in tub”

”We had a pleasant stay. Will most likely be back. The hotel is currently under renovation. It is large and pretty empty in the common areas. The breakfast area was pleasant and welcoming. I wish they had more of a hot buffet style meal. But, again they are renovating.”

”The hotel smelled like Indian food. The carpet in the room was pretty stained. The window sashes literally fell out of the window. I guess I got what I paid for.”

”I liked the room setup, it was clean and confortable to stay in. The free breakfast in the morning offers a good start for the day.”

”I can’t see much about the amenities as I did not use them. Breakfast was quite good for an inn. The rooms were clean enough. I would recommend this hotel.”

”Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650.”

”Absolutely disgusting, blood splatter on the bathroom wall, foot prints in the tub. Refrigerator was filthy inside. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there.”

”Great”

”This inn has basic services and works well for an overnight stay. Excellent pizza restaurant within a walking distance.”

”The hotel was excellent. I was unable to use the gym, pool or restaurant because I was there for surgery.”

”Fantastic place! Conveniently located near Carrier Circle in East Syracuse next to several other hotels and motels. Clean, neat rooms. Helpful, friendly, efficient, professional staff. The rooms have fabulous kitchens that are perfect for extended-stay travelers. Stellar breakfast and laundry room. Highly recommended!”

”I believe when a hotel property is undergoing renovations, there should be some type of small discount/incentive for the inconvenience. Doesn't have to be much, maybe a free desert or pastry in the morning. Food for thought!”

”room was cute and spacious . staff was friendly and helpful . parking was easily accessible . smell the breakfast food all the way up to the 2nd floor even though i left out a bit early during check out . not noisy . wifi was a little slow for the netflix on tv but i was interested in watching anything , it was more for background noise .”
