”The hotel itself is rundown and dirty. The hall carpets were filthy. The backdoor did not lock, which is a security concern. The front elevator was out of service. The sink & tub in our room were chipped & stained & the water didn’t drain during a shower. The towel bar came off the wall & the bathroom fan was inadequate. The thermostat was confusing and did not seem to work properly. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful, the bed/pillows were clean & comfortable, breakfast was...

”The room was in a terrible location. Across from pool and fitness ctr and near kitchen prep area and ice machine. It was so noisy .. the only other room offered after first night was next to the elevator! Parking was poor. Would not recommend”

”This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.”

”There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

”This apartment is simply delightful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many of Watertown’s cultural centers and sites, clean and comfy home, excellent communication with host.”

”Clean and quiet with nice amenities including A/C and a full size kitchen. One disappointment was the description said 3 bedrooms, so we expected 3 beds not 2 beds and a cot.”
