”Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. Minutes from the state park, downtown restaurants and food store. Wood shed on the property was a great convenience for the nighttime fires and stargazing. Highly recommend! ”

”The place was simple but comfy. Everything worked fine. There was a TV there and furniture was comfortable.Our only wishes (for us 3 girls) was; mirrors hung in the bedrooms so less waiting for the only bathroom ,the middle bedroom needs hooks since there is no place to hang or put clothes and more hooks or towel rack in the bath room. It was nice having the water in the back yard and being able to walk to the resturantes on the water and enjoy the views.And of coarse feeling comfortable enough...

The house was spacious enough for us to have our own separate spaces to sleep, plus each couple having our own bathrooms was nice. The location was great in terms of walking distance to Watkins Glen State Park and restaurants/shops. All spaces were clean and we had everything we needed for food prep and cooking. ”Situated on a hill, but nearby everything we needed. Super easy check in/out. Quick response when we contacted the property manager. Only draw back is the limited parking. Unit is accessible for someone who uses a walker, but no grab bars in the bathroom to assist there. Which wasn't an issue for us, just something we notice as healthcare workers. Would definitely stay again!”
