”The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Host was very helpful finding us things we needed. Communication with the host was very good once we made direct contact, but the communication through Expedia and VRBO was non-existent. Had trouble finding my reservation. Also received notice there was a message from the host but when I went to messages, there was nothing there. Found out later that a message had been sent by the host but it never made it to my inbox.”
