”This is a wonderful location, nicely decorated and spacious. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable in the room with the bed/pull out couch; my husband didn’t really sleep at all, so that could be upgraded for sure, and shower room was a touch dirty. Otherwise, great location, easy check in and communication. ”

”Our stay was perfect. The property manager, Jess, is very nice and was very relaxed and accommodating. The home had everything we needed and then some. Lots of space to relax, amazing views, and very peaceful. ”

”This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable.”

The kitchen is nicely equipped with a great cookware set and anything needed to make a meal. The location is wonderful. Quiet and private, and easy walking distance to downtown Ellicottville. Loved oir stay. ”

”This lovely two-story farmhouse, which is currently in the process of renovation was ideal for our weekend stay for a ski getaway. It is just minutes from the slopes and was very comfortable. VRBO has this listed as a pet friendly property, but the rental rules and agreement say that pets are not permitted. We were traveling with our small cockapoo, so if you're looking for a pet-friendly unit, you should probably clarify this with the owner. Great location! Great value!”

”Great retreat! we enjoyed two nights and the awesome basement apartment in Ellicottville, New York. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The outdoor area included a nice view of the mountains and a fire pit with a supply of wood. It would make a great skiing stay!”
