”Property was a bit rustic, but an inexpensive option for direct access to Lake Cayuga. Faucet water carried a pungent odor when we first arrived due to high mineral content, but dissipated after use. Septic system was functional. Great internet access given location. Was able to reach Ithaca in about an hour, the Syracuse State Fairgrounds in about an hour and a half. Convenient access to three wineries in a half hour’s drive and a brewpub. Quiet space in a neighborhood of friendly people.”

”Beautiful sunsets on the screen porch! Very nice space for a family.”

”We were impressed with how this well-equipped this home was. There was very little that we wished for and those things were minor. Our group included my daughter, son-in-law andd adult son, so having the two buildings gave everyone their privacy. The lake comes right to the foundation - it feels like living on a houseboat. Our hosts were very responsive and not at all intrusive. It was a very quiet neighborhood - just the occasional power boat. The purple marten house was fascinating to...

”The house is so cute and well appointed. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!! We had an awesome week and tons of fun with the kayaks etc. Don and Michele are excellent hosts!”

”Our second time at this property, better than the first. Very clean house; kitchen has all supplies you would need; dock and waterfront is absolutely stunning and fun to hang out at; community is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property for a very relaxing and quiet time.”

”Our stay was short, but the property was well maintained…bathroom spotless…would stay again”

”So here’s what happened there was nothing really wrong with the actual hotel but when I took a shower and got out to use the body lotion that the hotel supplies, I pumped it out and put it all over my body and realized that it wasn’t the lotion it was the hand soap so I thought it was my fault I checked the other container and that was hand soap also so it was not my fault apparently the maids filled both container containers with hand soap, so unfortunately, after I was halfway ready for...

”Check room. Nice staff”

”Just a beautiful romantic b and b in the finger lakes. We loved it!”

”Convenient to town”

”Owners were very attentive and accommodating!”

”Great location, clean rooms. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant, Mariah. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area.”

”Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.”

”extremely clean and peaceful. excellent breakfast with friendly staff”

”Rauhallinen ja miellyttävä hotellihuone. Ainoastaan äänekäs ilmastointilaite häiritsi muuten hyviä yöunia.”
