”The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - fresh, clean, cozy, comfortable, serene with a gorgeous view! The reason I'm only giving it an overall rating of 4, is because: 1 - There's no bathtub (yes, the description clearly states shower only - but come on! e/o loves a bath after a tiring day..) 2 - There is a raised stone slab on the floor where the fireplace should be. It's a serious tripping hazard - my 8 y/o son actually tripped on it and knocked out a tooth... [hopefully this will...

”This is the best BnB we have ever stayed in and there has been quite a few. Love the Victorian atmosphere. We’ve been in two different suites and each is clean, comfortable and luxurious as well. Breakfast times are flexible and the food is ample and delicious. The host is very attentive and accommodating. So glad we found this great location. ”

”Loved everything about my stay! Room was wonderful and the bed was heavenly! House decorated & furnished beautifully! The porch was so comfortable & cozy! Sitting out there was so peaceful & serene!! Brenden was fantastic!! Would highly recommend staying at Shadowcrest!!”

”I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated.”

”I had such a great experience at the Breezy hill Inn in Catskill. We went there to celebrate my birthday which was incredible. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Michelle and Alan were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure everything was taken care of during our stay.
