”Stayed here for a second time. What a beautiful place! Very comfortable for 4 people but can easily accommodate 6. Everything you need is there. Feels like home!Will book again!”

”I wanted to take my parents out of NYC and this was the perfect location. Its remote enough and there's alot lf lakes nearby. The town nearby was really nice. Lastly the cabin's interior was AMAZING. Still has the smell of fresh cut wood. We had an amazing time and plan to go back again ”

”We loved the peace and quiet at this property. I do suggest bringing bottled water as the sulfur smell never went away and we didnt want to drink it even though it is safe. The cabin was clean and well kept, very cute property. We didnt spend much time there but would highly recommend to others.”

”Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

”When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. The kayaks were very much enjoyed by all. My brother, sister and I did the loop around the West River...

”My husband and I were looking for a relaxing trip to celebrate our anniversary and to visit with our daughter, who lives in the area. Well, we found it! What a fantastic property. The house was clean, organized, and well-stocked! They thought of everything. The outdoor seating options, which allowed for enjoying those beautiful sunsets, were excellent - featuring two fire pits, a dining table, and a pavilion by the pond. We hope to stay here again!”

”Convenient, clean and comfortable home secluded away but close enough to the action! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely come back! Our favorite part was quite mornings sipping coffee on the back balcony, overlooking the property while listening to the birds! First class stay.”

”Stayed here with my husband and dog for the weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Remote, secluded, hot tub and fire pit were perfect under the stars. Host was communicative and easy. It’s in the woods, so expect bugs but place overall felt clean ”

”Everything was great. Check-in was easy and the place was clean. It was a great location for checking out the wineries. The hot tub was a terrific addition to the stay after hiking and vineyard hopping all day.”

”The kitchen and bathroom were very accommodating, the upstairs would not have been able to be used, with no air conditioning it would not have been usable and downstairs bedroom was uncomfortable even with windows open and fans. The tram was a major plus going down to the lake and the dock was very perfect for the boat. Being able to bring our dogs was a very big plus and we were happy to have that option.”

”We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...

”We visited Naples several times, ate lunch at Bully Hill, bought wine from PreJean in Penn Yan, and even golfed. What an enjoyable time. The house was newly updated. The kitchen had everything you needed - loads of spices, plenty of pots and pans. There was even an air fryer and a crockpot. There was plenty of coffee for the Keurig, ample toilet paper, dawn dish soap, and paper towels.”
