”Spent 2 nights here while visiting my son who attends Keuka College. The house is surprising spacious, very welcoming, and exactly as described. The back yard/patio area is perfect for relaxing and visiting. Would recommend this house for any family or small group looking to stay at a cozy home close to Keuka College & Keuka Lake.”

”We stayed at Linda’s property on Labor Day weekend. We had a wedding at Crispin Hill and it was the perfect location, just above the venue, and very close to town, wineries and breweries. House was very clean, the deck was huge and lovely ”

”Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! ”
