”Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

”I went with my 2 girls and it was a super cute set-up. Highly recommend signing up for the tour / lunches . If you love nature it’s perfect. You can hear the stream from the front porch, look out at mountains , and relax.”

”This suite was so lovely. We really enjoyed relaxing and reading in the study, sleeping under a hundred blankets, and taking in the farm. It was the perfect size for a couple. I believe the Vrbo app drops the pin across the road from the actual house, but the hosts were easy to contact and help us find it. We would honestly love to come back and stay again.”

”The homeowner built my wife a fire every night! Beautiful location. Great fishing!”

”The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, with way more than expected. Sitting on the front porch enjoying the beautiful property was one of our favorite activities. The check out process was awesome - they didn’t require us to do anything! We will definitely stay there again! Thank you!”

”If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly...

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE STAY.”

”Nice cabin and pet friendly.”

”We were in Oneonta for my wife's funeral service. I was joined here by my sons and their families. This home was a perfect place for us to stay and enjoy each other's company before and after the service. It's a beautiful home and location.”

”Myself and my family (7 of us) stayed here and loved every second of it. The property was beautiful, spacious, quiet. The house was also beautiful. There was so much room, cozy vibe and everything we were looking for, for this vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!!”

”My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful modern countryside apartment while watching our grandson play baseball at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. The space was exceptionally clean, the queen mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the setting was quiet and private-yet it still offered all the comforts of home. Deb, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.”

”Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My...

”Everything was great! Thank you!! The only thing to mention is if there is any way to remove the strong sulfur smell of the well water. Not sure if that is possible. Thanks for a good stay!”
