”Property was a bit rustic, but an inexpensive option for direct access to Lake Cayuga. Faucet water carried a pungent odor when we first arrived due to high mineral content, but dissipated after use. Septic system was functional. Great internet access given location. Was able to reach Ithaca in about an hour, the Syracuse State Fairgrounds in about an hour and a half. Convenient access to three wineries in a half hour’s drive and a brewpub. Quiet space in a neighborhood of friendly people.”

This is a cute cottage conveniently located near Long Point State Park (walking distance) and The Inns of Aurora (short drive to restaurant / spa). Also close to King Ferry Corner Store, a quaint shop for groceries / supplies / some local artisan items. Kitchen has dishes/cooking supplies necessary for meal prep and had a well-stocked pantry with cooking oil, spices, and some basic staples....

”This obviously well-loved home was a great place for our extended family to stay during Cornell graduation weekend.
