”The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. ”

”Perfect place to stay.. just outside of Eillicoteville with lots of green space but close enough to fully explore and enjoythe village and surrounding area. The rental was clean, cozy and comfortable…..perfect in every way for us and our dog. Would highly recommend… Hosts Rob and Lisa were very communicative and quick to answer any questions…Highly recommend staying here ”

”Rooms were clean and when we had a problem in the first room they switched us to a new room fast. Great customer service. Town was nice and had great places for eating. Close enough to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, we took a short drive and enjoyed a day there. Allegany State Park was amazing with lots of trails and lake to make a good day. ”

On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back! ”
