”Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

”This was a great little cottage with close access to Letchworth State Park. Everything we needed was provided, and we really loved the outdoor fire ring! Perfect for our family weekend away to experience New York fall foliage!”

”Pet friendly and super nice staff at the check-in counter and the breakfast area. The area behind the hotel was good for my pup, and the proximity to the shops and campus and downtown was great. Not high end but perfect for an overnight. ”

”We had a great stay overall. The staff was genuinely accommodating and very friendly, which made a big difference. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well organized. The pool was a bit on the cold side, and the jacuzzi jets were very strong (definitely more “hydro-massage” than relaxing soak). That said, everything was working, clean, and well maintained. Despite those minor points, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back”

”Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most...

”The Inn is absolutely beautiful! I loved the room, tavern, dining and living spaces. Even though the Inn is quite busy you don’t hear it in your room. Check in was easy and location was key for our visit. Loved it!”
