”Loved the location. Room was very clean but dated, the room would be more functional with a reading light by bed. A few pics room was clean but cold as not warm & inviting”

”Always an enjoyable experience.”

”Clean, comfortable and convenient. Would stay again.”

”Not good. Needs world.. and smelly ... need to change property”

”Service was good. Place was a bit worn out. At breakfast there was fresh fruits, but coffee was not warm at all.”

”We had a great stay at this property. And its overlooking at Seneca Lake which is a plus its beautiful specially for the autumn leaves. One thi”

”George at the front desk was informative and funny ! Room was clean ! The best aspect is of course the view from the large deck/balcony you share with all the adjoining rooms. Each room has their own tall double Adirondack seats to enjoy the lovely view of Lake Seneca ( I hope I’m stating the correct lake I’m Not from round these parts! lol ) we did visit the area after everything had closed for the season mostly. All the boats were wrapped and lifted out of the water for the oncoming winter...

”This property has declined over the past couple of years. The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean. I was looking forward to swimming after hours of driving but the pool was closed for no apparent reason.”

”The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!”

”The hotel was fine for one night; I ran the Wineglass Marathon and it was perfect, just a few minutes from where I needed to catch the bus to the starting line”

”This was a great old mansion that has been restored. Jen was a wonderful host. She gave good suggestions for things to do in the area. She also served a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was plenty of coffee in the upstairs guest kitchen as well as tasty homemade treats. It was quiet and that was nice. You should be aware that since this is an old house, there is no elevator and all the guest rooms are on the second floor. There's also lots of stairs from the house to your car. ...

”Everything was good. I wish the TV reception would’ve been better. I feel bad for people that don’t have any kind of Roku account because they won’t be able to watch TV.”

”Was never able to get our room!!!!”

”We very much enjoyed staying in this cabin. The cabin is adorable and has wifi and AC as advertised. The bathroom was great too. Nancy provided towels and many little extras like shampoo in the bathroom and some plastic utensils and paper plates by the fridge. She thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.”
