”The location is beautiful, walked in the morning around the property, close to Skaneateles and family on Otisco lake. Sara was responsive, easy checkin with late arrival. Place was clean, airy, comfortable bed, quiet. Thank you once again!!”

”We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

”This place is exactly as advertised. Super clean and well maintained with plenty to do for the family. We stayed while it was still cold out, but my kids (8 & 7) had a great time in the game room and movie room.”

”Our short weekend stay at Ambyr’s home was wonderful. She graciously accepted our three dogs after our original host had to cancel (due to unexpected circumstances). The house and the property were wonderful. Our dogs loved that there was much to explore. By Saturday evening, they were wiped out! The house is within a short driving distance to so many attractions and it’s also been recently updated . We would definitely recommend! ”

”Spent a wonderful relaxed quiet few days before the bustle of Christmas. The cottage is well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were the only occupied cottage when we were there and enjoyed the solitude on a beautiful lake.”
