”If you want to sleep on a hard bed, next to people who blare their tv all night and you try to call the front desk but you can't since the phones don't work, but then you get the phone number and you call 5 times but nothing is done since people aren't picking up the phone, and the ice machine doesn't work and the stair well is blocked off for maintenance (I'm sure a safety violation), then this place is for you! ”THE MOST UNSAFE PROPERTY I COULDNT EVEN LEAVE MY VEHICLE. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes frantically testing to find another place to book. Extremely shady people wandering around the parking lot, a woman yelling outside one of the windows on the side of building, a homeless woman coming up to my drivers side window. The property denied my refund because I didn’t come inside but I WAS UNSAFE. Expedia had this property as a “trusted partner” which is a joke. I spoke with Expedia 7 times...
