”We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven! ”

”This was the perfect location for a long weekend! Very quiet, private, and the VIEWS! It’s only an 11 minute drive to Ellicotville. I know Ellicotville is Ski Country, and this would be the perfect stay for you! But, the 70 degree weather in late summer early fall is gorgeous too! The porch and all the seating! ”I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. ”Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. ”This lovely two-story farmhouse, which is currently in the process of renovation was ideal for our weekend stay for a ski getaway. It is just minutes from the slopes and was very comfortable. VRBO has this listed as a pet friendly property, but the rental rules and agreement say that pets are not permitted. We were traveling with our small cockapoo, so if you're looking for a pet-friendly unit, you should probably clarify this with the owner. Great location! Great value!”
