”We enjoyed this hotel before the height of the tourist season, and got a great deal on a beautiful room. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed during some chilly, rainy weather. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to all that Saranac Lake has to offer.”

”Clean but very basic. Very small bathroom. Chose this for the lake side location and inexpensive rate. It was sufficient, and clean, and across the street from a restaurant. Didn't need fancy, just a place to sleep.”

They were so responsive and helpful that I was so grateful. They even mailed my husband‘s favorite pants back to him.”

”Interesting property. The room was clean. The TV didn't work the first night. No sound. The next day, the owner did fix the sound. He was very pleasant and loved my husband's BAD jokes!!! I would have liked to see some Brochures about things to do in the area as well as eating recommendations. Over all we had a good trip.”

”I would just note that the bedrooms are on the top floor and there are stairs going to the ground floor where the living area, balcony, kitchen and dining area are. The rooms were lovely cabins with lots of room. It included all types of goodies to make your stay welcoming. In the bathroom there were toiletries, a hair dryer, and soft fluffy towels. We greatly appreciated the complementary coffee and tea as we'd forgotten to pack those. We also liked the sampling of books in our cabin to occupy...
