”Bed was comfortable. Tub had hair in it. Furniture needs updating. Drapes dont close for privacy or to keep light out!”

”Rosemary was an excellent host.She was available if needed and precise on her directions on where to park and how to enter the cabins.Her beautiful home is on the expansive property and she greeted us upon our arrival.The cabins were clean and inviting.Guests have access to stairs down to the shore line where we were treated with beautiful sunsets! You do have to take your belongings across the lawn from the driveway,approximately thirty yards.”

”This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!”

”I have stated in a number of homes that have been great, but this one may have been my favorite! Clean, comfortable and welcoming! We loved the “Dolly” theme and the record player, the coffee bar was stocked and the fridge got us started with water. Quiet street, easy access to the beaches in Dunkirk, quick ride to Lily Dale. My friends and I would gladly return to this home!!”

”We’ve stayed at the Dragonfly Inn three times now, and somehow it gets better every time. We’ve also stayed at Rodney’s sister property, The Paddle Inn, which is smaller but just as lovely.This trip was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We kayaked, took a day trip to the National Comedy Center, and spent time simply enjoying the beauty and quiet of the property. The Dragonfly Inn has become one of our favorite places to return to, and we already plan to make it an annual trip with...

”Three guys stayed for a fishing trip here. The neighborhood seamed a little rough but they had cameras all over the property for security. It was clean and the host was quick to respond to an entrance issue( wrong code being entered.) If was very close to the boat launch where they went on the fishing charters. They would stay again.”
