”I wish the weather had been better as I was unable to avail myself to kayaking and evening entertainment. Room was small but cozy and rustic, lots of wood and evocative of summer camping in lakeside cabins. Very old time style of check-in, and the desk is not staffed late at night.”

”Cozy rooms. Available cooking utensils, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Staff provided clean towels and were very friendly. Good shops nearby and prices are very reasonable compared to Cooperstown.”

”Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

”The setting was lovely and the apartment was spotless and well-appointed. The hosts were lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

”The house was very clean, had air conditioning in each room. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook or entertain also a washer and dryer to wash those dirty uniforms. After a long day at the baseball fields it was nice to come back and relax in a quiet and comfortable place. The only thing I would suggest is either buy some groceries and stock up the fridge or get meals while you’re out because restaurants near by close early.”

”I loved the antique touches with the cabin americana feel. Charming place. Would definitely choose this place to stay another time. Would recommend to others. Very tidy. Loved it. Price was fair also.”

”Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem.”

”Beautiful well kept pool with a clean, cozy, and comfortable house. Also a well stocked kitchen. Great place for a family vacation. Quiet neighborhood with Amish horse and buggies going by. ”

”Very nice house. Clean and cozy. Lots of room inside. Sit on the porch in the back and watch the deer have their breakfast. Stayed the end of September and the leaves were turning so the view was spectacular. Hope to come again next year.”

”Stayed at this "Lakefront Home with Island View" with friends while visiting the baseball HOF. The location is perfect! Only 15 minutes from the HOF and we really enjoyed relaxing on the porch while enjoy the lake and incredible view. The house is clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out are very easy. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again when returning to the baseball HOF!!”
