”We had a great time at the lake House. We had a one night event nearby, and this place was great. Easy in, easy out. Comfy. Restaurant and bar on premesis, both a good value for the area and interesting. Very kind staff.”

”Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!”

”Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

One bed quilt looked like it had dried blood on it. House was HOT!! We had to buy fans to cool down. When we left for the day, we left the air conditioner on, but when we returned it was off!?? There were no paper towels or trash bags provided and when I texted the owner with complaints, she didn’t text back. The cupboards are a mess!!! The...
