”The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! ”

”Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots!”

”I attended an event about 30 minutes away and chose to stay here and it was a great experience! The room was beautiful, very clean, well stocked coffee bar, and the property manager was very quick to reply back if i had any questions! The town is a nice quiet little town! I would recommend this place to anyone!”

”My wife and I have been coming to this cabin for many years for our annual fly fishing trip to the Catskills. The property is marvelous, the location can't be beat and the host, Alison, is excellent. We plan to continue to do so as long as the property is available.”
