”Needed some fall deep cleaning, ran into some mechanical problems, but within 2 days , things were repaired and I when I asked, I was given a discount for the inconvenience. Host responds quickly. View from deck was amazing. Parking is really tight, with the large home next door to this carriage house. ”

”Dan was great with all correspondence, replying quickly to any questions. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. I loved the privacy and the country setting while still being close to the city. I’m looking forward to renting from him again. ”

”A unique and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully appointed kitchen, many nooks to relax with a book, including a large screen porch which was a real highlight, even with the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Saratoga area.”

”We enjoyed our stay. It was very hot while we were there, but the house was nice and cool, and the screened in living area was a terrific option for the evenings. The air hockey and shuffleboard tables were a nice touch. Having water access was also crucial.”
