”Hot tub was hot and ready. The Lit Christmas tree added to the ambiance. Rooms allowed for a degree of privacy while communal spaces provided ample room to play games, have conversation during meal prep. The baby gates were great , as we're the double washers and dryers.”

”Exterior of building was worn, room was ok and what would be expected at this price point. There were few amenities…no hair dryer, no Kleenex. Wi-Fi worked easily. ”

”We've stayed here a few times for a reason. Its great. Not only is it close to family for us, but also close to everything the Hudson Valley and the Birkshires have to offer. The house is well stocked. Its cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Our kids are always excited to stay at the "yellow farm house". See you nex time.”

”AC unit was a bit loud. The breakfast was ok. Our room had a clogged bathtub but the staff quickly gave us another room and even a discount, which was very nice. I would definitely come back again.”

”We had to cancel unexpectedly. We were to arrive on the weekend. I did call but the reservation was not cancelled because the call was not answered or processed. I left a message at the property although it was perplexing that a call to the hotel was not answered. I was at no time advised that the reservation was made by a third party. IT WAS APPRENTLY A SECRET That EXPEDIA WAS BROUGHT IN AS A THIRd PARTY. The next day I received a call from the hotel saying they could not cancel the...
