”I wish I could rate our overall experience with 10 STARS! Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The RV is very modern, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my idea of "camping"! We had a few visits from the goats (behind the fence of course) while watching the horses graze in the field and even saw a fawn frolicking in the field as the sun was setting! Thank you for creating the perfect place for travelers to spend some down time and...

”We came up from Long Island to visit and celebrate with relatives and rented this lovely home. Dealing with the owner Sonia was smooth and easy. The house is immaculate and inviting. The decor is tasteful, cool and airy with lovely plants scattered throughout the house. The beds are comfortable, even the bunk beds. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Sonia had coffees and teas for use, and mints and chocolates. The outdoor soaking tub and the shower was fantastic! The property is bucolic....

”Quick weekend trip to Cooperstown (this hotel is about 40 min away from there). Newly renovated and nice stay. Clean room. Some parking lot noise with our first floor room. Breakfast was a bit hectic and a lot of people were waiting for the next batch of coffee to come out. Overall very good.”

”We originally booked the super 8 hotel across the street and were saved by the holiday inn. The staff was curious, the hotel was clean and inviting, the pool was large and well organized, the restaurant was a breath of fresh air with a lovely menu and separate bar area. Bathrooms were large and clean sign updated brands for complimentary products. Would highly recommend only staying here if you’re in the area.”

”We had trouble at check in. It was a computer issue,not the clerks fault. Entry door was dragging when opening or closing,very noisy. There were dead insects on the bathroom ceiling over the mirror. Shower/tub faucet dripped. Outside the grounds could use a little better maintenance,ie,mowing/trimming.”

”Room # 103 Long black hair in the bed I had to hold the showerhead wand in my hand in order to clean my head and body. There was no place to put it so that you could shower under it. The showerhead was tucked into the grab bar on the side wall. Sheets had stains on them Pillows had stains on them I spent the total of about five hours in the room, most of which I couldn’t sleep because of the thought of how dirty it might be. I made a promise to myself... This is the last time I’m going to...

”Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”
