”The West Wing was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean, peaceful, beautifully, decorated, and pet friendly! I would recommend it to anybody! We would definitely love to stay here again.”

”This place is great! It’s right on the lake in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Poulomi is very accommodating and responsive. Everything is in this cute cabin to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended! ”

”Pet friendly and had a large area to take our dog out too however homeless people walking around and under trees made this sketchy. Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay”

”The only reason we were even in the area, was to attend a family funeral nearby. When relatives asked us where we were staying, we told them where we were and advised them to never recommend the Quality Inn in Lockport to anyone they knew. The poor condition of the rooms, lack of cleanliness, ripped furniture and disgusting hygiene protocols – combined with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff regarding guest care has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and prompted the need for this...

”We always like this hotel. Location is perfect for us. Very nice staff. We have stayed here many times. This most recent stay we did have some disappointments, but overall it is still a great place and we will stay here again.”

”Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable.”

”A lot of issues the floors were all slanted no propane for the grill a mouse was on the couch, the door lock wasnt working it wasnt worth the price for the 2 nights for sure and i dont recommend staying there, only thing good was the scenery of lake Ontario ”
