”This is an excellent place to stay and would recommend it for anyone! It's comfortable, peaceful, and very clean. Charles has all the amenities you would need. The location is amazing (right across the street from Otisco Lake) and it has all these great lake views. Charles provides a keyless entry and he is was responsive.”

”Everything about the property was really great! All the interior amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher and sink, and pots and pans were good quality and very clean! Outside was wonderful as well! ”House was very roomy with a nice layout. Yard was larger than we expected. Lots of room to play games and just feet from the lake. We made use of the many yard games in the shed. We had a graduation lunch and parking was plentiful. And nothing beats an evening firepit lakeside. I definitely recommend. ”

”This is the second property owned by the host Vicki. Both properties were beautiful, clean and very well decorated. The host reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Vicki is an incredible host and we will be staying at her properties in the future. ”Although I lived in New York state for a while, I never visited the finger lakes. Don't let the "diminutive" size of Otisco Lake fool you: this home, lake, and view are amazing. It was extremely peaceful. Great for fishing from the dock, reading from the deck, or taking the canoe onto the lake. I highly recommend this spot for families or for an adult getaway.”

”This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room.”

”The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....”

”The coffee spot needs attention the coffee was terrible. I never seen creamer in that type of jar or sugar in the lobby. I am not a complainer but this needs attention. Other that that I wasn't there much and checked out the night before my check out. The mirrors in the rooms are too much my husband was very uncomfortable because of the whole wall a mirror. I asked for a different room I was told all the rooms are the same. I pray I get my deposit as we weren't really there.”
