”Room was clean and ready to go! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Parking lot is a bit small but there was a wedding the next day hosted at the place so there was alot of cars but nothing crazy.”

”It is the little things that count. I forgot my shower cap. They gave me 2. They had a purse sized facial tissue package I could take with me. Breakfast had boiled eggs. There were grab bars in the shower. Room was spacious. Lighting was not so great. Outside corridors showed signs of wear and decay. Staff was extremely pleasant.”

”The view of Otsego Lake is wonderful. The access to Cooperstown village is easily doable. It's just a great place.”

”There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

”I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...
