”The Sleepy Bear Inn was updated, clean, attractive, and very comfortable. Rooms were decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Loved it!”

”We enjoyed our stay at the tiny house jewel in Brockport. It was easy to get to and conveniently located. Plenty of eating options nearby also. ”

”The property is beautiful inside and out and so comfortable. I arrived here after a 13 hour drive and it was amazing to relax in the jetted tub and hang out on the luxurious chairs and couches. Lots of great places to eat nearby, convenient to everything in Rochester and not too far from Niagara Falls and Buffalo either.Very quiet neighborhood wonderful for evening or morning walks. I really enjoyed looking at all the flower gardens. Easy check in and check out and the host was friendly and...

”We had a very nice stay. The location is convenient for dining and access to groceries. We enjoyed having games onsite and all of the comforts of home. The only upgrade we would recommend is access to more televisions- maybe one in the large bedroom upstairs. Everything else was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay at this property again.”
