”The room was old, worn and in a state of needing some repair and updates i.e. the drapes hanging down off the rods, stains on some of the furniture, door in and out of the room would not work properly, carpet old and stained, rust on the ceiling frames that held the ceiling tile up, wall paper peeling in places, small roaches in the room and more.”
