”This was a beautiful quiet and clean property. Very serene and calm. Would definitely go there again.”

”It was such a nice place. The owners were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, welcoming and kind. They have a very nice property with a great atmosphere. Really cool community room and fire area. Beautiful deck with good fishing and a gorgeous view. Just really loved it there ”

”Lovely cabin! But the deck, the view, the silence… were the winners! It just needed a lake to call it Walden. The kitchen could use some renovations. And the shower needs to be fixed, but overall lovely stay. One thing to be aware of, the surrounding areas before reaching the property are very unkept and destroyed. The games provided were fun too! We recommend it!”

”This is a great little cabin!! Beautiful environment, nice deck by the water, plenty of places to sleep despite the small size of the cabin. It literally had everything we could have hoped for. Only issue we had was that there was no ladder to the top bunk of the bunk bed and well water smelled really bad like sulfur. We will definitely come back again.”

”The property was exactly what we wanted for a trip to the Watkins Glen area with our 2 grandchildren. The kids enjoyed walking to the dock and around Weller Island The fire pit was perfect for nightly s’mores ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! ”

”The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!”

”Stayed 2 nights with my small children and husband. The cottage was clean and in good working order. Air conditioning worked great. Good location on the main road with lots of wineries nearby. The 2 for 1 tasting card for Toast was fantastic and much appreciated!”

”Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered. ”We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our group, which included adults, children and dogs. It was peaceful and near shopping, eating and fun activities to keep everyone happy. I did want to dig in and do some weeding(I am an avid gardener ) but decided instead to embrace the weeds, as they are just different kinds of flowers! ”
